Results released for our Annual Satisfaction Survey

Our Annual Satisfaction Survey results have been collated and analysed. We are proud to report a number of highlights, including:

  • All of our clients agree that our colleagues consistently demonstrate our values of friendly, taking ownership, respect, trust and being straightforward
  • All of our clients agree that they feel happy with the overall relationship
  • 92% of our clients agree that they feel valued as a client of Newcastle Strategic Solutions

Newcastle Strategic Solutions has carried out an annual satisfaction survey with clients since 2012. This encourages each of our clients to assess our service and share their experiences with us. The survey is a tool used to drive continuous improvement within our business and build the best possible client relationship.

Our latest survey assessed satisfaction across five measures including; Service, Quality, Quality of Relationship, Development of Service and General satisfaction. Following their response to the client satisfaction survey, a representative from each client participated in a one to one interview. We used the interview to fully understand the collective views of their wider organisation and the drivers behind their metrics.
