Newcastle Strategic Solutions scoops top Contact Centre Award

We’re thrilled to share the news that Newcastle Strategic Solutions won the award for ‘Business Continuity & Innovation’ at the 2020 North East Contact Centre Awards.

In a year in which many organisations and businesses have responded so incredibly well to the numerous challenges which the pandemic has created, we faced some serious competition for the award. However, the judges recognised our extraordinary response which ensured that we continued to provide a full service to our clients and their customers throughout whilst at the same time implementing several new initiatives.

Phil Grand, Managing Director at Newcastle Strategic Solutions, said: “I’m delighted that we’ve won this award because it recognises the enormous effort and commitment from everyone across the entire business this year. We started the year with virtually no remote working capabilities and have transformed our technology and working practices, all whilst continuing to provide a full service to our clients.

“I’m also proud we’ve maintained our commitment to colleague wellbeing – with a focus on mental health. Our teams have provided a fantastic response, so this award is testament to their ability and focus to continually go above and beyond for clients during a challenging year.”
