Through the Dynatrace platform, Real User Monitoring observes each customer's full journey throughout the application, with artificial intelligence continuously auto-detecting dependencies, learning application behaviour, detecting anomalies and proactively pinpointing the root cause of any problems. This helps us continue to develop our platform to ensure it meets customer expectations.
