We are delighted to share the great news that Newcastle Strategic Solutions has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2020 North East Contact Centre Awards.
Not only have we been shortlisted for the ‘Business Continuity & Innovation’ award, but our IT Services team have also been shortlisted for the ‘Team of the Year – Colleague’ award too!
Phil Grand, Managing Director at Newcastle Strategic Solutions said; “Starting with virtually no remote working capabilities, Newcastle Strategic Solutions developed and implemented a holistic approach to ensure that clients, their customers and our colleagues were supported and able to provide continuity of service despite the pandemic. The awards are an annual celebration, which recognise and reward excellence in the North East Contact Centre Industry. Winners will be announced on 20 November.
