Taya Allen has been appointed as Head of Digital at Newcastle Strategic Solutions.
Originally from Norwich, Taya graduated from Newcastle University’s Computing Science School with a first class honours degree in Information Systems. She has over 8 years' experience working in Digital with a Financial Services background.
During Taya’s most recent role she created and led Home Group’s first multidisciplinary Digital team, including the introduction of Agile and DevOps.
With a passion for Digital and people, Taya strives to build an enthusiastic culture with transparent teams, continuously improving ways of working. Taya said; “I believe a customer-centred approach and strong focus on user experience is essential for product success. I am keen to drive innovation by encouraging my team to challenge the boundaries with tech solutions that will transform consumer’s experience of savings.”
