Last week Newcastle Strategic Solutions was delighted to join the Northern FinTech community to celebrate some of the recent FinTech innovations and new market entrants to emerge in the North East.
Steven Marks, Business Development Director joined a showcase session to talk about the latest technology we’re using to help digital banks meet consumer demand. Later, Taya Allen, our Head of Digital joined a panel discussion and audience Q&A to further deep dive into the emerging opportunities our region has to offer.
The North East was recently recognised by the Kalifa Review into UK FinTech as an emerging cluster, which can offer growing FinTech firms a highly attractive base from which to build their future growth. It was exciting to be part of an event which showcased the strength and depth of the ecosystem in the North East.
