Newcastle Strategic Solutions has developed a custom-built platform which allows their clients to offer new SME savers an automated account opening process, integrating seamlessly with its existing account management proposition.
Using leading API technology, a built-in risk management framework and supported by a dedicated team of SME Coordinators, the platform can be fully white labelled for clients with Solutions' parent company Newcastle Building Society being the first to adopt.
Intended for SMEs with fewer than 250 employees and either a turnover of less than £42.5M or assets of less than £36.5M including sole traders, partnerships, LLPs and limited companies, the personalised application journey features save and retrieve functionality to provide customers with a convenient process and decisions available in minutes.
