Fresh from helping its clients land 21 industry awards in 2021, Newcastle Strategic Solutions is celebrating after securing a new contract with a longstanding partner.
Charter Savings Bank is one of several award-winning savings providers supported by Newcastle Strategic Solutions. The Wolverhampton-based bank scooped six major industry awards in 2021, including Best Overall Savings Provider at the Personal Finance Awards and Online Savings Provider of the Year at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards.
And following another successful year, Charter Savings Bank has chosen to extend the relationship and renew its contract with Newcastle Strategic Solutions.
Charter Savings Bank use the fully managed savings platform provided by Newcastle Strategic Solutions, covering account opening channels for online and postal accounts, as well as full lifecycle management. The product range is inclusive of non-ISA and ISA products, and is backed up with a dedicated operations unit providing telephone and administration support together with support from numerous back office functions.
