We are excited to announce that we have recently introduced Health and Wellbeing Advocates across our group. We now have 20 trained Health and Wellbeing Advocates ready and raring to get started.
The new initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to being a great place to work and emphasising the importance of integrating health and wellbeing into our day to day activities to create a positive and healthy working environment. We are working in partnership with the Better Health at Work Award to deliver health and wellbeing initiatives to all our colleagues.
This commitment has also included the training of 14 colleagues within the business as Mental Health First Aiders, this training helps our first aiders to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health and helps them guide colleagues to appropriate support.
